The CPV FloMaster pneumatic valve actuator utilizes proven positive shutoff technology to provide industrial gas distributors and producers with precise control over bottle filling and mixing operations.

These air-operated valves employ O-SEAL® system leakproof valves and fittings. For users utilizing proprietary software to control bottle filling from a console, these valves permit mix and fill accuracies up to ±1.0% or ±1.0 of 1%.

• For liquid and gas service up to 6000 psi (414 BAR)
• Temperature range: –20°F (–30°C) to 225°F (110°C) (depending on soft goods selected)
• Low actuation pressure: under 100 psi (7 BAR)
• Large port size → increased flow (high Cv factor)
• Soft seat design ensures bubble-tight shutoff over years of service
